All of our crumb cakes are made with either moist yellow cake or dark rich chocolate cake.  The fruit flavored cakes such as apple and blueberry are made using plump, juicy whole berries or sliced cinnamon laced apples.  The crumb tops are from our old world recipe using the purest ingredients, then carefully baked to attain a slight crisp outer layer with a moist buttery center.  Kosher.
